Ohio City

I did all the research I could short of going to Ohio City and I could not find a meaning behind the stars. Ohio City is a neighborhood in Cleveland, OH. The flag was designed by Leon Stevens in 1983 and digitized by me in 2026. There are tons of different versions of the flag out there and not all have the same text font or number of stars.
